Can I buy from abroad?

Are plots freehold or leasehold?
Freehold. You own the land outright, with a ready title deed.
Can you build my home while I’m abroad?
Yes. Our in-house construction company designs and builds homes for clients. From architectural planning to the final finishing touches, we manage the whole process, so you don’t have to deal with multiple contractors.
Is there a service charge or maintenance fee?
Yes. Once this is agreed upon, the buy-back will take place after the Estate Management Committee has been formed.
